Moulding machine 2010
Machine to produce decorative ceiling tiles made of inexpensive cut EPS-Blocks. Tile size: 50 cm x50 cm x 0.7 cm. The machine moulds and finishes the ceiling tiles that way, that it is ensured, to obtain almost the same as standard foamed ceiling tiles, produced in a time and money consuming method in individual moulds.
The automatic machine only needs one electric power supply (10 kW) and compressed air (7 bar/450 L/min)).
All accessory, such as EPS-precise-cut machines, fully automated package plants (to pack your products) and our know how can also be supplied.

Block cut in perfect size. Two piles obtained. The size is changeable. It's possible to cut 140 cm high piles.
